This blog is extremely popular! In fact it is so popular that I have about 5 unique visitors on it every week. This makes me very proud and I promise my 5 loyal visitors that I will keep on bringing them the best swagtrout stories.

For starters I will reveal my recipe to cook the best swagtrout in the world. This mysterious recipe  has passed on in my family from generation to generation and even though restaurants such as Noma and Mugaritz have offered me millions to get it I have always said no. But today I will finally reveal this mindblowing recipe especially for you.

It all comes down to five simple steps:

Step 1: Wash your swagtrout and get your stuffing ready.

Step 2: Put all your stuffing inside the trout. Lemon, onion, garlic, parsley and butter. Ooh nelly.

Step 3: Put your epic swagtrout inside the oven. 

Step 4: Ready for dinner! This swagtrout is da bomb.

Step 5: Eat that swagtrout!
